이 페이지는 Google Play 계정 삭제 요구사항의 웹 경로를 충족하기 위한 것입니다.
앱 내 삭제 경로(설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제)와 둘 다 있어야 합니다.
아래 폼의 action 을 헤츠너 API 엔드포인트로 연결하거나,
초기에는 mailto: 방식으로 접수해도 정책상 충족됩니다.
가장 빠른 방법: 앱에서 직접 삭제
앱이 설치되어 있다면 아래 경로에서 즉시 삭제됩니다. 이 페이지에서 요청하실 필요가 없습니다.

삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소, 프로필 표시 이름
- 서비스 내 닉네임, 아바타·아이템 보유 내역
- GEM 잔액 및 사용 내역
- 게임 기록·점수, 온라인 대전 참가 기록
법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존되는 데이터

처리 기간
요청을 받은 날로부터 10일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.
본인 확인이 필요한 경우 추가 정보를 요청드릴 수 있습니다.
기기에 저장된 데이터는 이 요청과 별개입니다.
계산 기록·설정·위치 경로 기록은 서버가 아니라 단말기 안에만 있으므로,
앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.

Processing time
We process requests within 10 days (Korea) or one month (GDPR) and reply with the outcome.

Data stored on your device is separate from this request.
Calculation history, settings and location trails live only on your device —
they are removed when you uninstall the app.
